Any individual's or organization's purchase of any of our products and/or servcies (thereinafter "VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS") constitutes acceptance by that individual or organization (thereinafter "CLIENT") of VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS’ TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS provides services to the CLIENT in exchange for payment of the listed fees. Payments must be submitted in advance of service and in accordance with the billing and ordering procedures set forth by VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS. All prices are quoted in US dollars.

Refunds will only be honored either when a subscription or purchase is not processed in a timely manner or in the event of an irresolvable technical difficulty which prevents access to a VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS website. To receive a refund, customers must first obtain approval via email by describing and attempting to resolve the technical problem. Upon authorization for the refund, the CLIENT will be contacted via email to supply the necessary information to complete the refund.

Further, it is up to the discretion of VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS whether to offer a refund (full, partial or none) when the CLIENT has acted improperly.

VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS’ waiver of any breach or default by CLIENT of VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS’ TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE shall not be construed as a waiver of any future breach or default and shall not affect the validity of the VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS’ right to enforce any provision of its TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE. VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS’ acceptance of any full or partial payment during the continuance of any breach or default shall not constitute a waiver of such breach or default.
