HOW TO ENTER

CONTEST RULES

1. The contest is open to all those who purchase any of our products or services between August 15, 2006, and May 15, 2007 - including any existing clients that have purchased any of our products and services in the past. You must be of age of majority in your legal jurisdiction. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Virtual Solutions, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.



2. Purchases made via check or echeck will only be entered into the draw if the check or echeck clears before midnight (Pacific Standard Time; PST), May 15th, 2007. Refunded or charged back purchases will be withdrawn from the draw.



3. For every $1 US you spend on our site in the purchase of any of our products and services, you earn one chance to win (one entry in the draw pool). All amounts are rounded to the nearest dollar. $24.49 would round to $24, or 24 entries. $24.51 would round to $25, or 25 entries. $24.50 would round to $25, or 25 entries.



4. The odds of winning depend on the dollar amount of purchases completed between August 15, 2006, and May 15, 2007, and the dollar amount of your purchases completed in that same time. If $100,000 in sales is transacted and you purchased $1000 in products and services, then your odds of winning are 1 in 100.



5. The prize is not redeemable in cash, and must be accepted as awarded.



6. The price includes delivery by UPS. The winner is responsible for picking up the prize if delivery cannot made to the winner's residence or place of business. The winner acknowledges that Virtual Solutions may not be held liable for any loss or damages to the prize during delivery.



7. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Virtual Solutions may deem appropriate.



8. In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Virtual Solutions may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize.



9. Winners at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Virtual Solutions acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.



10. Virtual Solutions retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.



11. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial/state and municipal laws in the jurisdiction of contest participants and winners.



12. Virtual Solutions reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.



13. Approximate value of prize may vary.



14. No limit to the number of entries per person.



15. An entry will be randomly selected from the draw pool on June 15th, 2007. The entry will be contacted by email on June 15th, 2007. If the entry cannot be contacted within 72 hours, or if the entry is in violation of the rules, or if the entry chooses to not accept the prize, then another entry will be randomly selected from the remaining entries in the draw pool. This process will continue until a winner is selected. The winner will be announced on the prize page.
